In addition, I have listed below a small number of Fort Road addresses that are located just south of the city limits of Trenton. Fort Road (called "Old Fort Road" or "Old Fort Street" on at least one sign in the area) splits off from Fort Street in a rural area just north of Gibraltar Road, at the point where Fort Street and Allen Road meet. Fort Street (which is also known as M-85) continues south of Gibraltar Road, until it merges with I-75, marking the end point of Fort Street. However, Fort Road continues going south on a parallel path into Rockwood, until the Huron River where it becomes Dixie Highway.
